Katharine holds a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration, having successfully studied for this qualification in the 2009 Course of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators held at Keble College, Oxford 2008-09.
She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and continues to develop her interest in international arbitrations, in connection with which she recently attended the 2015 Diploma Reunion Conference on International Arbitration held at Keble College, Oxford in September 2015.
Katharine has also undertaken training in relation to international mediations, having trained at the 2005 International CEDR Summer Conference at Stresa in Italy and having qualified as CEDR accredited mediator.
She is also keen to undertake international advisory work and is currently advising on a property matter relating to the Cayman Islands.
